Viewing Your Visit Schedule

Your visit schedule is the central hub for managing your visits on CureCompanion. The schedule provides a comprehensive view of all your scheduled visits for any given day.

Accessing Your Visit Schedule

When you log into CureCompanion, you’ll be taken directly to your visit schedule page. The visit schedule page is accessible at any time by clicking on the CureCompanion logo. The page displays “Your Scheduled Visits” as the main heading.

The visit schedule page displays your visits scheduled for the current date by default.

Daily Visit List View

Your visit schedule displays visits for the selected date in a simple list format that shows:

  • Patient information: Patient name, age, and gender for each visit
  • Visit time: The scheduled time for each appointment (displayed as “HH:MM AM/PM”)
  • Healthcare facility: The facility name where the visit is scheduled

Understanding the Visit List Layout

The daily view presents your visits as individual cards showing key information at a glance. Each visit card includes:

  • Patient name: Displayed prominently at the top of the card
  • Patient demographics: Age and gender shown as “Age: XX” and “Gender: M/F”
  • Scheduled time: Displayed on the right side of the card (e.g., “02:30 PM”)
  • Facility location: Full healthcare facility name displayed at the bottom

When no visits are scheduled for a date, the system displays “No visits on this day.”

Filtering Visits by Date

You can view your schedule for different dates using the date navigation controls at the top of the schedule.

Changing the Date

To view visits for a different date:

  1. Click on the date textbox (labeled “Filter by date”) at the top of the schedule
  2. A calendar picker will appear showing the current month
  3. Click on any date in the calendar to select it
  4. The schedule will automatically update to show visits for the selected date
  5. The URL will update to reflect the new date (e.g., /app/visits?date=2025-09-10)

The calendar picker includes:

  • Month navigation: Use the « and » arrows to navigate between months
  • Month/year header: Shows the current month and year (e.g., “September 2025”)
  • Day grid: Standard calendar layout with clickable date cells
  • Today button: Located at the bottom to quickly return to the current date

  • Previous day: Click the left arrow (←) to view the previous day’s schedule
  • Next day: Click the right arrow (→) to view the next day’s schedule
  • Direct navigation: The arrows allow you to navigate day by day without opening the calendar picker

Understanding Visit Status and Actions

The visit schedule shows confirmed visits that have been scheduled, as well as visit requests.

Clicking on Visit Cards

When you click on any visit card in the schedule, you’ll be taken to the detailed visit page where you can:

  • View full patient information: Including Patient ID, date of birth, and contact details
  • See visit status: The detailed view shows the current visit status (e.g., “Signature pending”)
  • Access visit actions: Including “Join call”, “Delete Visit”, “View call transcript”, and “Reschedule”
  • Review visit documentation: Including progress notes, assessments, and medical records

Visit Requests vs Scheduled Visits

The system distinguishes between:

  • Scheduled visits: Confirmed appointments that appear as visit cards in your daily schedule
  • Visit requests: Pending requests that require your acceptance or decline

By default, the visits page will show both scheduled and requested visits, but the requested visits will be set in blue font.
