Understanding Visit Status

On the main patient list, you’ll see various visit status indicators next to each patient:

  • “no visits” – Patient has no visit history
  • “X open visits” (e.g., “3 open visits”) – Number of active/open visits for the patient
  • “new visit requested” – A new visit has been requested for this patient

In the detailed visit history, each visit shows its specific date and time for chronological tracking.
