This guide will walk you through accessing your CureCompanion provider account and troubleshooting common login issues.

Accessing the CureCompanion Login Page

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to https://curecompanion.com/app/
  2. You will be directed to the CureCompanion login page

Entering Your Credentials

  1. In the Email or Username field, enter the credentials provided by your healthcare facility administrator
  2. Click in the Password field and enter your password
  3. Click the Sign In button to access your account

Important: Your login credentials are case-sensitive. Ensure you enter them exactly as provided.

Successful Login Process

After entering valid credentials:

  1. Click the Sign In button
  2. You will be automatically redirected to your visit schedule page.

Password Recovery and Reset

If you forget your password:

  1. On the login page, click the Forgot username or password? link below the password field
  2. Enter your registered email address in the recovery form
  3. Click Submit
  4. If your email is registered in the system, you will receive both your username and a password reset link
  5. Follow the link in the email to create a new password
  6. Enter your new password as required
  7. Save your new credentials to complete the reset process

Note: If you see “There is no account associated with this email address,” contact your facility administrator to verify your registered email address.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

“Invalid Credentials” Error

If you receive an error message during login:

Common Error Messages:

  • “There is no account for this username” – The username you entered is not found in the system
  • “The username or password you entered is incorrect” – Either the username or password is wrong

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Double-check that you are entering your credentials correctly
  2. Ensure Caps Lock is not enabled
  3. Try typing your password in a text editor first to verify accuracy
  4. Use the password reset process if you’re still unable to access your account

Persistent Login Issues

If you continue to have trouble logging in after trying the above steps:

  1. Contact your facility administrator to verify your account status
  2. Use the password reset option if you believe your password may be incorrect
  3. Try logging in from a different device or network to isolate the issue

Browser Compatibility Issues

If you experience login problems:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies:
    • Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+Delete (Mac)
    • Select “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”
    • Click “Clear data”
  2. Try a different browser: CureCompanion works best with:
    • Google Chrome (recommended)
    • Mozilla Firefox
    • Safari
    • Microsoft Edge
  3. Disable browser extensions that might interfere with the login process
  4. Check your internet connection – ensure you have a stable connection

JavaScript or Cookies Disabled

CureCompanion requires JavaScript and cookies to function properly:

  1. Enable JavaScript in your browser settings
  2. Allow cookies for curecompanion.com
  3. Refresh the page and try logging in again

Enabling JavaScript:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Site Settings → JavaScript → Allowed
  • Firefox: about:config → search “javascript.enabled” → set to true
  • Safari: Preferences → Security → Enable JavaScript
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → JavaScript → Allowed

Allowing Cookies:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data → Allow all cookies (or add curecompanion.com to allowed sites)
  • Firefox: Preferences → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Accept cookies and site data from websites
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → uncheck “Block all cookies”
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data → Allow sites to save and read cookie data

Security Best Practices

Password Security

  1. Never share your login credentials with other staff members
  2. Log out completely when finished with your session
  3. Use a strong, unique password for your CureCompanion account
  4. Change your password regularly as required by your facility policy
  5. Don’t save passwords on shared or public computers

Session Management

  1. Always log out when leaving your workstation
  2. Don’t leave your account logged in on shared computers
  3. Be aware of automatic session timeouts – save your work frequently
  4. Close all browser windows after logging out for complete security

Secure Connection

  1. Always ensure the URL shows https://curecompanion.com (note the “s” in https)
  2. Look for the lock icon in your browser’s address bar
  3. Never enter your credentials on suspicious or unsecured websites

Getting Additional Help

If you continue to experience login issues:

  1. Contact your facility administrator for account-specific problems
  2. Document the error message you’re seeing (screenshot if possible)
  3. Note your browser type and version when reporting issues
  4. Try logging in from a different device to isolate the problem
